Shipping Options

At Vankea, we use the most efficient methods based on the size and weight of your items:

1. Parcel Shipping (UPS, FEDEX, or USPS)

  • Smaller Items: Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100 lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS carriers.

2. Pallet/Freight Shipping

  • Larger Orders: Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet.

Refunds

We do not offer any returns or exchanges on our outlet products. Custom orders cannot be refunded once they are in production.

Notification: The Vankea team will notify you when your product is entering the production process. Refunds cannot be issued after this step.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your custom order before it goes into production. Once the product with a custom design goes into production, you cannot cancel your order. We also don’t cancel orders that have been shipped.

 

Damages & Issues

At Vankea, we offer campervan accessories that are not only aesthetically top-notch but also of the best quality. If you find any damage in your order, the Vankea team is always here to replace and repair it. Please contact help.vankea@gmail.com if your product has any defects, if the size is incorrect, or if you have any other issues. 

Please inspect the product thoroughly to check if there is any damage during shipping. Take photographs of the package before and after opening to support a successful shipping damage claim.

To provide a suitable storage space for your mugs, plates, and other accessories at Vankea, we introduce a wall-mounted cabinet for your campervan. You can install this cabinet behind the passenger/driver side or on the wall of your kitchen. Here are the key features of our wall cabinet:

  • Clears Your Mess: Vankea’s wall cabinet removes the mess of canisters, utensils, clothes, or supplies from your campervan, keeping your space clear and your items secured while you drive.


  • Secures your items: Features push-lock latches, providing an enclosed space for your mugs, dishes, clothes, and other accessories during driving.


  • Uses Vertical Dead Space: It mounts on the wall above your sink or behind the passenger/driver side, converting blank and wasted overhead space of your van into functional storage.


  • Maximum Storage: At 47.26 inches wide, 15 inches tall, and 10.4 inches deep, it gives you a long, low-profile storage that hangs directly above your counter. We also install a plank to divide the cabinet into two sections, giving you maximum storage for everything.
