Vankea – Terms & Conditions

1. Order Cancellation

Orders for made-to-order products may be canceled before production begins at no cost.
Once production has started, cancellations incur a 25% restocking fee and cannot be canceled once shipped or completed.

Stock (non-custom) products may be canceled before shipment at no cost. Once shipped, they follow our return policy.

2. Refunds & Returns

Made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Refunds are issued after inspection.

3. Shipping

We select carriers based on the shipping method chosen, package size, and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather.

For small-parcel shipments, once a package is in the carrier’s possession:

• address changes cannot be made

• delays must be handled with the carrier

• UPS may take an additional 2–3 business days beyond estimates

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

4. LTL Freight

LTL delivery times are not guaranteed. Insurance is available only when requirements in our Shipping Policy are followed.

5. Damages & Issues

We will repair or replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must follow our Shipping Policy, including providing photos and keeping packaging.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• carrier delays

• lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after carrier scan

• additional carrier fees

• damage occurring after confirmed delivery
