From CAD to CNC
Good van cabinetry starts long before the first piece of plywood is cut.
Our experience at Big Bear Vans taught us to engineer cabinetry digitally, working from real van dimensions and carefully planned layouts. Components are modeled using CAD/CAM software and precision-cut using CNC technology.
CNC manufacturing lets us create repeatable parts, clean curves, and cabinetry shaped specifically around the unusual geometry of a van wall.
Lightweight Where Weight Matters
Weight is one of the most important considerations in a camper van. Unnecessary pounds add up quickly. That’s why we use ultralight engineered plywood with Birch surfaces and Magnolia or Paulownia cores.
