Pick Up In-Store
We are pleased to offer in-store pickup as a convenient and cost-effective option for our customers. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient pickup experience.
Order Placement & Notification
When placing your order, select "Pick Up In-Store" during checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. A separate Ready for Pickup notification will be sent when your order is prepared and available for collection.
Please refrain from visiting the store for pickup until you receive the Ready for Pickup notification.

Identification Requirements
For verification and security purposes, please bring the following when picking up your order:
- A copy of your Order Confirmation (digital or printed)
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- The credit or debit card used for the purchase (if applicable)
If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf, please contact us in advance with their full name. The authorized individual must present valid photo identification and a copy of the order confirmation.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order before pickup, please contact us promptly at help.vankea@gmail.com. Once an order has been prepared for pickup, modifications may no longer be possible.
