Shipping Options

At Vankea, we use the most efficient methods based on the size and weight of your items:

1. Parcel Shipping (UPS, FEDEX, or USPS)

  • Smaller Items: Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100 lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS carriers.

2. Pallet/Freight Shipping

  • Larger Orders: Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet.

Refunds

We do not offer any returns or exchanges on our outlet products. Custom orders cannot be refunded once they are in production.

Notification: The Vankea team will notify you when your product is entering the production process. Refunds cannot be issued after this step.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your custom order before it goes into production. Once the product with a custom design goes into production, you cannot cancel your order. We also don’t cancel orders that have been shipped.

 

Damages & Issues

At Vankea, we offer campervan accessories that are not only aesthetically top-notch but also of the best quality. If you find any damage in your order, the Vankea team is always here to replace and repair it. Please contact help.vankea@gmail.com if your product has any defects, if the size is incorrect, or if you have any other issues. 

Please inspect the product thoroughly to check if there is any damage during shipping. Take photographs of the package before and after opening to support a successful shipping damage claim.

One of the not-so-good sides of van life is the piles of clothes, under-the-bed backpacks, and clutter of clothing accessories that don’t find a proper place in your campervan. 


To solve this problem, at Vankea, we design a tall cabinet for hanging clothes and storing accessories without sacrificing the floor space. At just over 20 inches wide and 26 inches deep, it tucks perfectly into the dead-space slot behind the driver's or passenger's seat, or beside the bathroom.

  • A Cloth-Hanging Closet 

Our tall cabinet has an interior compartment with a sturdy hanging bar. You can hang your button-downs, dresses, or jackets in it. 

You can also hang your belts, handbags, ties, or scarves by installing a hook rack or organizers over the door. Our tall cabinet will eliminate bags, piles, and under-bed clutter from your van while also keeping clothes wrinkle-free and easy to access. 

  • Two Real Drawers

Vankea’s tall cabinet also features two smooth-gliding drawers with solid fronts beneath the hanging space. You can store everything in them that hangers can’t handle. 

You can keep your socks, leggings, sweaters, etc, in the top drawer and other accessories like tools, charging cables in the bottom drawer.  Our cabinet will help you stay organized in your tiny home on wheels while keeping your clutter invisible.

  • Removable Shelves

In our van cabinet, we include removable, adjustable shelves in the hanging section. Want to stack sweaters? Set these shelves. Need to hang clothes or stash a vacuum? Take them out. The space is yours to configure, from season to season.

  • Multipurpose Cabinet

Vankea’s tall cabinet is a closet. But it’s also your gear locker, your linen press, and your pantry. We’ve seen customers store cleaning supplies or gear accessories in it. You can also make it a closet vanity by keeping your makeup or skincare inside and installing a mirror on its door. Our multipurpose cabinet is designed for a variety of uses.

  • Built for the Bumps

We build our tall cabinet by using robust hardware, sturdy plywood construction, and design it for secure, permanent installation to your van's ribs or floor. Once it’s in, it won't move until you want it to. 

Built from durable, lightweight materials, it features secure latches to keep items in place during transit.

  • Installation: 

The cabinet is easy to install in new builds or existing layouts. It’s pre-drilled for simple screw or bolt mounting directly into van ribs or your interior framing. It comes fully assembled. You just position it, secure it, and it’s good to go.
