Shipping Options
At Vankea, we use the most efficient methods based on the size and weight of your items:
1. Parcel Shipping (UPS, FEDEX, or USPS)
- Smaller Items: Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100 lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS carriers.
2. Pallet/Freight Shipping
- Larger Orders: Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet.
Refunds
We do not offer any returns or exchanges on our outlet products. Custom orders cannot be refunded once they are in production.
Notification: The Vankea team will notify you when your product is entering the production process. Refunds cannot be issued after this step.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your custom order before it goes into production. Once the product with a custom design goes into production, you cannot cancel your order. We also don’t cancel orders that have been shipped.
Damages & Issues
At Vankea, we offer campervan accessories that are not only aesthetically top-notch but also of the best quality. If you find any damage in your order, the Vankea team is always here to replace and repair it. Please contact help.vankea@gmail.com if your product has any defects, if the size is incorrect, or if you have any other issues.
Please inspect the product thoroughly to check if there is any damage during shipping. Take photographs of the package before and after opening to support a successful shipping damage claim.
