The cabinet features a false floor measuring 14"D x 24"W, upholstered in graphite tweed, perfect for raising a microwave to fit snugly inside. A tie-down strap is included to secure the microwave in place, and the cabinet is compatible with many 0.7 cu. ft. microwave models, such as Oster and Whirlpool (microwave not included). Full rear perimeter mounting flanges ensure a secure installation.
To save on shipping costs, the cabinet ships flat-packed and can be easily assembled using custom step bolts and nylon lock nuts with provided instructions. The face, including the door, hinge, and latch, comes pre-assembled, leaving only the side, top, and bottom panels to be attached. If preferred, fully assembled cabinets are available with an additional shipping charge.
When installing multiple cabinets, it's recommended to bolt them together on a workbench before mounting to ensure proper alignment and minimize noise from van wall flexing. No back panel is included, so the cabinet will display the existing van wall finish inside.

The Double door brings symmetrical, high-capacity overhead storage to your kitchen galley — a clean-lined, shaker cabinet designed to sit above your countertop and maximize vertical storage without the bulk. Unlike its single-microwave-bay counterpart, this unit is built purely for storage, giving you two full-height enclosed compartments, each fitted with an adjustable interior shelf for flexible organization of dishware, pantry items, or cookware.
Both doors are finished in a smooth MDF shaker-panel style with matching hardware — full-overlay soft-close hinges, a secure round lock latch, and a gas-strut door lift on each side so both compartments stay open hands-free while loading or unloading overhead. A built-in LED strip runs along the underside of the cabinet, washing the countertop below in soft, even light — ideal for prep work, cooking, or evening ambiance without flipping on harsh overhead lights.
